Q. I don't have a PayPal account - can I still order?
A. Yes! You will go through an alternate checkout using your credit card.
You will be given the option of signing up for a PayPal account if you would like.
Q. May I return my order for a refund or exchange?
A. Please ask questions before purchasing as all sales are final. We are a small company and purchase the materials for your order as needed, then customize them according to your order. Orders that are prepared incorrectly will be exchanged, of course.
Q. I do not live in the U.S.A. - will you ship to other countries?
A. Yes, but please contact us first so that we can determine shipping charges - which will likely be higher depending on where you live. CONTACT
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Many items are ready to ship immediately, and others may take up to 14 days to be custom made. Your order will ship when the entire order is ready, but no more than 14 days from the date of your order placement. You will receive an email giving you an approximate date of shipment.

Q. What if I want to change the quantities of my order?
A. Simply click on "View Cart" at the bottom of any page and there you can change the quantities to more or less of anything on your order. Be sure to click "update cart" after making the changes.
Q. I can't seem to get the "add to cart" button to work. Nothing happens.
A. If you have a software program that prevents pop-up ads, try disabling it for a few moments. PayPal's shopping cart should then display when you click the "add to cart" button. If this doesn't solve the problem, please contact us and we will email you, discuss your order and send you a PayPal invoice. CONTACT
Q. Why do you have the copyright notice on top of the geocaching graphics? It makes it harder to see them.
A. We agree, but someone copied our designs from the webpage and used them to print items for sale on eBay,
so we felt we had to protect our designs, as they represent many hours of hard work.
